I'm Quintin Thompson — a technology strategist, IT and AI consultant, and founder of S3VEN.AI.
I've spent nearly three decades helping organizations solve complex technology and business problems. My career has included consulting and technology leadership roles with IBM, Kyndryl, Infosys, and Boston Consulting Group, where I worked across cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, datacenter transformation, cybersecurity, automation, and large-scale technology modernization.
Where my perspective on AI comes from
My perspective on AI wasn't shaped by watching a few YouTube videos or learning the latest automation platform. It was shaped by decades of seeing what actually happens when technology meets a real business.
The tools are rarely the hardest part. Understanding the business problem, asking the right questions, designing the right system, managing change, communicating with people, and making sure the technology produces a measurable result are what separate successful implementations from expensive experiments.
What I do today
That philosophy now sits at the center of my work in artificial intelligence. As the founder of S3VEN.AI, I help small and mid-sized businesses move beyond experimenting with AI and begin operating with it. My work focuses on AI strategy, readiness assessments, intelligent automation, AI employees, workflow transformation, and the systems companies need to compete in an AI-driven economy.
What I believe about expertise
AI expertise requires more than knowing AI tools. It requires consulting skills. Business judgment. Technical experience. Communication. Listening. Architecture. Governance. And the ability to understand how all the pieces of a business connect before trying to automate them.

Where this is headed
